Fine Tune is seeking a high-performing Vice President of Growth — a strategically seasoned go-to-market and business development executive with a track record of selling services into Fortune 1000 companies. Charged with building upon our 'land and expand' successes, the right leader will bring superior professional skills, broad business sense, and team leadership experience.
Working alongside Fine Tune’s leadership team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategic sales and revenue-generating initiatives to grow our client base. The role oversees a small team of new business development and client success professionals, partnering with marketing to build demand for Fine Tune’s offerings.
You’ll be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, as well as optimizing existing processes to ensure they are cost-effective and scalable.

What you’ll do
Strategic Leadership:- Execute a comprehensive Fine Tune growth strategy aligned with the company's overall vision, goals, and values. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Category Offering Leaders, Marketing, Client Success, Technology, Finance) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and potential challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including complementary category consultant providers, influential industry communities, and technology partners. Negotiate and secure partnerships that enhance Fine Tune’s reach and service offerings.
- Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, expansion into new markets, and support the development of new service lines. Create business models that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Provide inspirational leadership to the existing team of business development professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Develop and manage budgets for business growth and strategy initiatives. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth strategies. Regularly analyze and report on KPIs to executive leadership.
What we need
- A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, and leadership roles; selling into finance, operations, and procurement/sourcing departments in industries like manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, steel, oil and gas, automotive, retail, consulting (technology or enterprise solutions)
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of procurement and expense management trends, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- A great attitude and love for interdependent team collaboration
- A natural curiosity and growth mindset, always looking to improve
- Proficiency with the latest sales technology tools and strategies
