  • Oversee compliance with brand requirements, safety standards, company policies, and quality assurance programs.
  • Support hotel management transitions, new property onboarding, and operational repositioning initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, capital planning, and other portfolio-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience, including multi-property oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience with major hotel brands, preferably Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.
  • Proven track record of improving financial performance, profitability, and operational results across multiple hotel properties.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with hotel budgets, P&L management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience overseeing full-service and select-service hotels, including food and beverage operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop geographically dispersed hotel leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hospitality reporting and technology platforms, including STR, PMS, RMS, and brand guest satisfaction systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to support property operations and ownership initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
