About Role: This role will support the delivery of the organisation’s Physical Security and risk management framework, ensuring effective security operations, incident management, compliance, and site readiness. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams and security partners to identify risks and strengthen preventive security controls.

Essential capabilities (core):

• Developed understanding of physical Security
• Security risk management.
• Proactive situation management, innovative and Critical Thinker with tactical execution.
• Data/intelligence gathering and analysis.
• Incident, Response and CRISIS Management
• Ability to build and maintain liaison partnerships with Gov and NGO.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High quality planning, prioritisation, execution and organisational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with communication skills.

Experience:

• Engineering background with 10-14years of overall experience.
• Demonstrated delivery experience navigating large, complex organisations, preferably in banking and financial services.
• Working across multiple time-zones and cultures.
• Track record of providing high quality, accurate insights that help drive decision making.
• Demonstrable operational and delivery expertise (where required) and business unit knowledge to either deliver or support improved business outcomes and capabilities.
• Preferably ex-Government law enforcement/intelligence.
• Managing Command Centre/Fusion Centre environment
• Good to have Executive protection experience
