About the position:

We are looking for a Trade Product Manager (PM) to join our Transaction Services (TS) Product Management team. The role focuses on Working Capital Solutions (WCS) and Documentary Trade, including Receivables Finance, Receivables Securitization, Supply Chain Finance, Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs), and Letters of Credit (LCs).

The Product Management team is responsible for the local commercial performance of these products. Initially, the Trade PM will deploy globally approved products in ING Americas by securing the required local approvals. The Trade PM will oversee local product governance in collaboration with ING’s Central Trade Product Management team and local stakeholders. The Trade PM will represent the US in ING’s global transformation program for working capital solutions, implementing the latest technology to support the WCS business’s long-term success. The program’s core objectives are: (i) better customer service; (ii) scalable operations and technology; (iii) business growth; (iv) better data and digitalization; and (v) improved employee experience and workflow tooling. The Trade PM will work closely with the Trade & Working Capital Solutions team to support franchise growth, contribute to new product approvals, and stay up to date on regulatory changes.

The position reports to the local TS Product Head.
