Objectives of This Role:
The Vice President of Program Management oversees a team of project managers and their respective project teams, ensuring alignment with Fingerpaint’s organizational goals and performance targets. The VP plays a strategic leadership role by shaping, guiding, and reallocating resources or assignments to achieve company initiatives and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and set goals for programs that reflect the organization's strategic objectives
Plan programs from initiation to completion, managing deadlines, milestones, and processes
Develop or approve budgets and oversee operational effectiveness
Design evaluation strategies to monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement
Supervise and mentor all program and project managers, providing actionable feedback and resolving complex challenges
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance procedural efficiency and team productivity
Apply principles of change management, risk assessment, and resource optimization as necessary
Review reports from project managers to track progress and address issues
Ensure program operations and activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies
Provide senior management with clear, accurate, and insightful reports or presentations
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a program director or comparable senior management position
In-depth understanding of project and program management methodologies
Strong familiarity with performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
Exceptional analytical skills in data assessment, reporting, and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office and program management software tools
Strategic business acumen and decision-making capability
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
Experience in stakeholder management
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM software
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
Proven analytical and problem-solving track record
Effective team management and leadership skills
Experience with documentation management and project management software tools
Exceptional attention to detail, even under pressure
Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
