Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Do you enjoy working in a service-oriented industry? If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!

The Vice President, Data, Reporting & Analytics leads the development and delivery of data, reporting, and analytics capabilities for Personal Care Services (PCS). This leader oversees the integration of operational, clinical, workforce, financial, payor, and enterprise data to establish reliable, governed information that supports business performance and decision-making.

Working closely with enterprise IT, Information Security, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and system owners, this role drives the PCS data strategy, integration roadmap, reporting architecture, business intelligence, and analytics capabilities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic decision-making.

You will...

PCS Data, Reporting & Analytics Strategy

  • Develop and execute an integrated PCS data, reporting, and analytics strategy aligned with growth, service delivery, financial performance, workforce capacity, and compliance priorities.
  • Establish a multiyear roadmap covering data integrations, data quality, reporting modernization, business intelligence, advanced analytics, automation, and self-service capabilities.
  • Define and standardize KPIs, business rules, executive dashboards, and reporting methodologies for market performance, service utilization, caregiver capacity, referral conversion, revenue realization, and financial outcomes.
  • Translate business strategies, operational workflows, and requirements into actionable data, reporting, integration, and technology priorities in partnership with enterprise IT.
  • Evaluate predictive analytics, AI, and automation opportunities based on data readiness, business value, implementation feasibility, and appropriate governance.

Data Integration, Mapping & Reporting Architecture

  • Lead the development and delivery of PCS data integration and reporting solutions, including requirements, design, validation, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain an inventory of PCS source systems, data owners, interfaces, reports, dashboards, dependencies, and critical data elements.
  • Lead source-to-target data mapping across operational, workforce, financial, clinical, billing, scheduling, EVV, referral, CRM, HR, payroll, and other PCS platforms.
  • Define business rules, transformation logic, calculations, hierarchies, and acceptance criteria for data pipelines, interfaces, warehouses, data marts, APIs, master-data solutions, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Lead reconciliation and validation across source systems, integrated data environments, operational reports, financial records, and executive dashboards.
  • Establish controls to identify and resolve missing, delayed, duplicated, mismatched, or incorrectly transformed data, with clear ownership and resolution timelines.
  • Evaluate reporting and integration impacts associated with system implementations, migrations, acquisitions, market expansions, vendor changes, and operating-model changes.
  • Reduce reliance on fragmented spreadsheets, manual data manipulation, and duplicative reporting through scalable, governed solutions.

Enterprise Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Oversee the PCS reporting portfolio, including executive, operational, financial, workforce, compliance, payor, market, and branch-level reporting.
  • Establish reporting intake, prioritization, and governance standards that balance strategic initiatives, operational needs, regulatory requirements, and delivery capacity.
  • Define standards for report accuracy, timeliness, usability, documentation, retention, access, testing, and change control.
  • Consolidate duplicative or conflicting reports and establish authoritative dashboards and standardized metrics for critical business measures.
  • Develop governed self-service reporting capabilities supported by standardized data models, training, and user support.
  • Maintain reporting documentation, business glossaries, metric definitions, and data lineage while monitoring adoption and retiring reports that no longer provide value.

Operational, Workforce & Financial Analytics

  • Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Growth to analyze caregiver recruitment and retention, scheduling, labor utilization, overtime, service capacity, and market productivity.
  • Assess authorized versus delivered hours, missed visits, referrals, intake conversion, payor mix, reimbursement, revenue leakage, and contribution margins to identify performance opportunities.
  • Develop forecasting, scenario planning, and business cases that support budgets, resource allocation, cost optimization, and profitable growth.

Quality, Compliance & Data Governance

  • Establish and lead the PCS data governance operating model, including accountable data owners and stewards, common definitions, quality standards, access, retention, validation, and change control.
  • Define and monitor data quality standards for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, uniqueness, and validity, coordinating technical implementation with enterprise partners.
  • Establish monitoring, reconciliation controls, and exception reporting for EVV, service documentation, authorizations, delivered hours, billing, payroll, financial accuracy, and state- and payor-specific requirements.
  • Partner with Compliance, Quality, Operations, and Finance to identify operational and financial risks, support audit readiness, and measure corrective action effectiveness.

Executive Partnership, Systems & Transformation

  • Advise PCS leadership on market performance, operating model improvements, growth opportunities, and risks through clear, decision-ready analyses.
  • Lead cross-functional performance improvement initiatives involving workflow standardization, operating dashboards, reporting adoption, and technology enablement.
  • Serve as the PCS business lead for data and reporting components of system implementations, integrations, conversions, acquisitions, and platform migrations, ensuring defined requirements, historical-data strategies, reconciliation controls, testing, and measurable acceptance criteria.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop PCS teams responsible for data integration, analytics, business intelligence, reporting, governance, data quality, and performance improvement, establishing clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage assigned budgets, vendors, service levels, reporting and integration backlogs, delivery commitments, technical dependencies, and business cases for new capabilities.
  • Build analytical, technical, and leadership talent while strengthening data literacy, succession planning, and collaboration across PCS markets and enterprise functions.
  • Establish a disciplined delivery model with transparent priorities, development standards, testing requirements, release schedules, and accountability for reporting accuracy, timeliness, usability, and continuous improvement.
