When you join Cadre, you'll become part of a collaborative team that values integrity, accountability, innovation, and kindness. We celebrate diverse perspectives, encourage professional growth, and empower our team members to make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

If you're looking for more than just a job—if you're looking for purpose—we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

As the Vice President, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development, you'll provide executive-level financial leadership to support Cadre Family Companies' financial performance, strategic growth, and acquisition initiatives. Working closely with the CEO, executive leadership, operational leaders, and ownership, you'll lead financial planning and forecasting, evaluate business performance, and support mergers and acquisitions from initial opportunity assessment through due diligence, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration.

This role requires a strategic, analytical, and hands-on financial leader who can connect financial performance to operational outcomes. You'll be responsible for translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and helping ensure the organization makes informed, financially sound decisions as it continues to grow.

The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and financial accountability is essential.
