Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret video call conversations in a professional manner.
• Facilitate communication between clients, patients, and professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality of all interpreted information.
• Follow established protocols and client requirements.

Requirements:

• English proficiency of 90% or higher.
• Full-time availability with set schedules.
• Required equipment: laptop or desktop with compatible operating system, and a smartphone with updated software.
• Strong communication, active listening, and note-taking skills.
