Video Content Editor (Growth Focus) We’re hiring a video-focused content editor to help us grow faster by producing, remixing, and optimizing high-performing content across paid and organic channels. Your Role As a Video Content Editor (Growth Focus), you'll create and repurpose content into powerful ads and social posts. You’ll adapt videos for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring each version feels fresh, engaging, and optimized for virality. You’ll also help identify high-performing creators and deepen our partnerships over time. What you will be doing Create, edit and remix video content into high-performing ads and organic social posts Repurpose and adapt videos for YouTube (long-form focus) and other social platforms Add light commentary, captions, or visual elements to make reposted content feel original Work closely with marketing and product teams to prioritize high-opportunity content Bonus: Help identify top-performing affiliates and assist in securing deeper partnerships Who you are You have excellent video editing skills and a strong sense of viral trends across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You are fast, efficient, and comfortable creating high-volume content variations with a focus on growth performance, not just "polished" edits. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and thrive in a remote startup environment. (Bonus) You have basic experience running Instagram, YouTube, or Google ad campaigns. (Bonus) You have an interest or background in music production. Location We hire within GMT -3 to GMT +4 time zones. Outside of that range, it becomes difficult for us to collaborate effectively.
