We live these 4 core values not just at work, but in our personal lives as well. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in editing videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube, with a proven track record of creating videos that have gone viral (at least 1 million views). The candidate should also have knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or After Effects. Proven success of editing a viral video is required for this job (minimum 1M views). Please include your video portfolio while applying - applicants without a portfolio will not be considered for this role. What you'll do Collaborate with the production team to understand project objectives and requirements Producing up to 10-15 Tiktok/ Instagram Reels videos as well as 1-2 Youtube videos per week Enhance video quality through color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production techniques. Generate new and innovative video styles for our content Monitor and analyze performance metrics of our content to identify areas for improvement and adjustments for new content Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and best practices for social media platforms What you'll need Proficient work experience as a Video Editor on both Short Form and Long form content Must have previous success in creating viral videos (at least 1 million views) Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or After Effects Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects. Solid understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, timing, and storytelling Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET: E-commerce experience, marketing experience, background in written content WORK HOURS: 8 hours a day or 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9AM - 1PM EST (9PM - 1AM PHT), with a flexible schedule for the remaining 4 hours of your shift.
