Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will handle the end-to-end video production process, which includes editing, color grading, and creating motion graphics. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative teams, enhancing visual storytelling through polished video content, and ensuring quality by applying professional-grade techniques. The role demands creativity, precision, and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality videos that align with client and company expectations.

We are looking for a high-level Short-Form Video Editor who understands virality, retention, and audience psychology.

This is not just a basic editing role.

You must be able to:

• Create scroll-stopping Reels
• Adapt your style depending on the client and niche
• Use AI tools creatively and seamlessly
• Bring new creative ideas consistently
• Ability to create high-quality content using AI tools such as Higgsfield and Leonardo AI.

Daily Deliverables

• 🎥 4 Reels per day

Must be:

• Be attention-grabbing
• Follow brand guidelines
• Increase click-through rate
• Match platform best practices

Types of Content You’ll Edit

We produce different types of Reels, including:

• 🔥 Trend-based content
• 📚 Informational / educational videos
• 😂 Entertaining / funny edits
• 🎥 B-roll heavy storytelling content
• 🤖 AI-generated visuals blended with real footage

You must be comfortable switching between styles depending on the brand and target audience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating high-performing or viral short-form content
• Strong understanding of hooks (first 1–3 seconds matter most)
• Retention-focused editing skills
• Experience using AI tools for content generation or enhancement
• Ability to make AI visuals feel seamless and natural
• Ability to follow strict brand guidelines (fonts, tone, colors, style)
• Creative thinker who brings new ideas
• Fast turnaround with consistent quality
• Strong communication skills
• Availability between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Pakistan Time), Monday to Friday, for meetings, collaboration, and revisions.
• Ability to use Hubstaff to track working hours and maintain accurate time records.
• You should know how to use Jira ( Management tool )

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly compensation ranging from PKR 100,000 to 145,000, depending on experience.
