Company Description Pixara is an AI-driven creative platform designed for people who produce visual content, from independent creators to global brands. The platform unifies leading AI models such as Kling, Nano Banana, Google Veo, Sora 2, Midjourney, and others, enabling rapid creation of videos, ads, UGC, and images from a single prompt.

Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Video Editor/Clipper. The person in this role will edit short-form and long-form video content, cut and assemble clips for social media, ads, and UGC, and apply basic to advanced color grading as needed. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding graphics or motion elements, syncing audio, and ensuring final deliverables meet brand and platform guidelines. The Video Editor/Clipper will collaborate with creative and marketing teams, follow briefs, and iterate based on feedback to deliver polished, engaging content optimized for digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for short-form and long-form content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent looks.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
• Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing.
• Understanding of social media and digital content formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, ads) and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating video editing and clipping work; prior experience in AI-driven or digital-first creative environments is a plus.
