### About Brand Leap Media

Brand Leap Media is a growing digital marketing and creative agency working with brands across **real estate, education, healthcare, D2C and local businesses**.

We create high-performing social media content, AI-generated advertisements, reels, performance marketing creatives and brand videos. We’re looking for a **creative and technically strong Video Editor** who can turn raw footage, AI-generated assets and concepts into engaging, high-quality videos.

### 🎯 What You'll Be Doing

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating content for **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, brand films and social media campaigns.**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Editing short-form videos and Reels for social media

- Editing **performance marketing and advertising creatives**

- Creating engaging hooks, transitions, pacing and visual storytelling

- Editing talking-head videos and interview-style content

- Adding subtitles, captions, sound effects, music and B-roll

- Creating **motion graphics and animated text**

- Editing AI-generated video content and integrating it into final edits

- Working with AI video-generation tools such as **Google Flow and other emerging AI video tools**

- Combining live-action footage with AI-generated visuals

- Creating cinematic and commercial-style videos

- Understanding trends in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media content

- Taking a raw concept/script and turning it into a polished final video

- Creating different versions of videos for testing different hooks and creatives

- Maintaining consistent visual quality across different client brands

- Collaborating with our creative and social media team

### 🛠️ Required Skills

**Must Have:**

- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**

- Good understanding of professional video editing workflows

- Experience editing short-form social media content

- Good understanding of **motion graphics**

- Ability to create engaging text animations and transitions

- Strong sense of timing, pacing and storytelling

- Good understanding of sound design, music and SFX

- Ability to edit videos for advertisements and performance marketing

- Ability to work with AI-generated video assets

- Good understanding of social-media-first editing

### 🤖 AI Video Skills

AI video editing and generation is an important part of this role.

You should be comfortable experimenting with and learning tools such as:

- **Google Flow**

- AI video-generation platforms

- AI image-generation tools

- AI voice and audio tools

- AI-assisted editing workflows

- Generative video and visual effects

You don't need to know every AI tool, but you **must be willing to experiment, learn new tools quickly and incorporate AI into your editing workflow.**

### 💻 Hardware Requirement

Since the role involves professional editing, AI video generation and motion graphics, you should have a **powerful laptop/desktop capable of handling Premiere Pro, high-resolution footage, motion graphics and AI-generated video workflows smoothly.**

A system capable of professional video editing is required.

**Remote – Work From Anywhere in India**

You will work with our creative team remotely and collaborate through digital communication and project-management tools.
