We're hiring video editors.

At Clavix Solutions we work across a few different content niches. Our documentary and true crime side has been growing fast, and we need more editors on the team to keep up with the work.

Most of what we work with in this space is raw: bodycam footage, interrogation tapes, 911 calls, court records. Our job is to turn all of that into a story people actually want to sit through, without losing respect for the real people involved.

We're looking for editors with at least one year of video editing experience. It doesn't have to be in true crime. What matters more is that you understand pacing, you know when to hold a shot and when to cut, and you care about how sound and silence make people feel. If you've ever watched a documentary and thought "I would've cut that differently," you're probably the kind of person we want to talk to.

Day to day, you'd be editing long-form videos in Premiere Pro alongside our existing editors, building tension through the edit, adding simple graphics like lower thirds and evidence breakdowns, and working with us on the structure of each case. The footage can be heavy at times, so please keep that in mind before applying.

All our videos are delivered in 4K, so you'll need a computer that can edit and export 4K smoothly without struggling.

This is a project-based role, and pay is per project. It's remote based
