Trust Based Mobility is a fast growing health and wellness brand helping people over 40 move better and feel better through digital products, education, and direct response creative. Creative output is our single biggest growth lever, and we are building a team of editors who can help us ship 100+ video assets per week without losing quality or speed.
We are looking for someone who is not just an editor, but a performance minded creative operator. Someone who can take raw ideas, scripts, AI generated footage, voiceovers, hooks, and direct response frameworks and turn them into ads that feel native, polished, and built to convert.
The Role
You will report to our Head of Performance Creative and edit high performing video ads for our paid social campaigns, working from creative briefs, scripts, raw footage, AI generated clips, voiceovers, editing references, and brand guidelines.
Day to day you will:
- Build strong openings and hold pacing from hook to CTA
- Add accurate captions, select music and SFX, cut in B-roll and AI generated footage
- Produce ads that feel native to Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
- Keep a clean, organized editing workflow and hit deadlines
- Flag early when something is unclear, blocked, or at risk of slipping
What We Need From You
- Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable software
- Strong spoken and written English. Captions need to be right the first time, and you should be comfortable on a team call without a language barrier
- Real AI capability. You can build full AI generated video ads using tools like Veo 3, Kling 3.0, and Seedance, create voiceovers in ElevenLabs, and stitch scenes, VO, subtitles, graphics, and music into one cohesive piece
- Experience editing for e-commerce, DTC, or digital product brands. Established brands strongly preferred. Not a fit if your main experience is generic content for dropshipping stores
- A clear, organized portfolio with working, playable links
Nice to have: Notion, Monday.com or ClickUp, Slack, and a working understanding of creative testing, UGC structures, and iteration.
Compensation
$1,500 to $2,000 USD per month base depending on experience, availability, and skillset, plus bonus potential up to $4,000 USD per month for A+ performance.
We pay over market cash to over market contributors. If you show up, communicate clearly, move fast, and consistently exceed expectations, the bonus is a real number, not a headline.
The role starts with a 60 day paid trial. After that you become eligible for bonus compensation and additional benefits including paid time off.
Logistics
- Remote, independent contractor
- LATAM strongly preferred. Open to exceptional talent in the Philippines, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East
- Our team runs on PST. We do not need full day overlap, but we do need at least 4 hours per day
