About the Role We're looking for a Video Editor Intern who can take a brief and own everything after it. You'll plan the shoot, direct talent, film on location, edit, and deliver across real events and activations that go live to a real audience. If you're looking for a place to build your production reel while working inside one of Bangkok's most active startup communities, this is it. Responsibilities Receive content briefs and plan shoots independently (locations, angles, shot lists) Set up, operate, and manage video equipment on-site Direct and brief on-camera talent before and during shoots Edit and produce final cuts optimised for each platform Deliver content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Line OA Support graphic design production when needed (a plus) Qualifications Proficient in non-linear editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar) Solid fundamentals in framing, lighting, and on-location shooting Platform-aware and understands the difference between short-form and long-form content Able to work end-to-end from brief to delivery with minimal oversight Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Motion graphics or graphic design skills are a bonus Language Proficiency Thai (Native or Bilingual Proficiency) English (Working Proficiency) Benefits ฿2,200/month stipend (Thai bank account required) Hybrid working Free food & drinks (obviously) Build a real production portfolio from live events and campaigns Direct access to founders, investors, and operators in Bangkok's startup scene Front-row seat to workshops, events, and the inside track Working Conditions Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hybrid: WFH Tuesday & Thursday (because flexibility matters) Duration: Minimum 3 months Learn More About the Company Website: https://www.bkkstartup.com LinkedIn: https://th.linkedin.com/company/bkkstartup
