ABOUT GORILLA VIBE

Gorilla Vibe is a digital marketing agency running paid social, content, and brand campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. We call our model Anti-Agency, Pro-ROAS: every video we ship gets judged on whether it performs, not just whether it looks good in a portfolio.

THE ROLE

This role sits inside a live production pipeline. You'll get raw footage and a brief, and you're responsible for turning it into a finished, platform-ready video: the cut, the pacing, the sound, the captions, then the motion graphics on top. Kinetic type, logo animation, lower thirds, infographic and UI animation, built by hand in After Effects, not dragged in from a template pack.

On top of that, you'll build the 3D elements that give the work depth: product visuals, logo builds, packaging mockups, and simple scenes, lit and rendered to hold up in paid placements.

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

• Editing raw footage into finished videos for Reels, TikTok, paid social ads, and brand films

• Building original motion graphics: kinetic typography, logo animation, lower thirds, infographic and UI animation

• Creating 3D elements (product visuals, logo builds, packaging mockups, simple environments) and integrating them into 2D motion work

• Taking one master video and cutting it into 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9 versions without breaking the layout or losing safe zones

• Producing multiple hook, CTA, and duration variants from a single ad master for performance testing

• Working across multiple client accounts at the same time, each with its own brand guidelines, formats, and deadlines

• Keeping project files organized enough that someone else could open your comp and finish it without asking you 10 questions

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• At least 2 years of paid editing and motion design work, not personal projects

• A portfolio, plus a direct link to your single best editing sample and your single best motion graphics sample. If you can't send both links, don't apply yet

• Intermediate to advanced Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Working knowledge of at least one 3D tool (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or similar) and the ability to bring 3D elements into motion work

• Real experience cutting for paid ads. You understand hooks, drop-off points, and why the first 3 seconds decide whether the ad works

• Enough English to understand a creative brief without a translator. A plus if you can also handle Arabic on-screen text and captions

• A laptop or desktop that can run 4K footage, multi-layer After Effects comps, and 3D renders without crashing

• Based in Egypt, able to work full-time remotely, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Cairo time

NICE TO HAVE

• Advanced 3D skills: modelling, texturing, lighting, or full product animation

• Experience using tools like Runway, Adobe Firefly, Higgsfield, Google Veo, or CapCut AI on a real project, not just to test them

• Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve as a second NLE

• Able to take a layered Illustrator or Photoshop file and animate it cleanly without asking the designer to rebuild it

• Prior experience working remotely for an agency or client, so you already know that rhythm
