With an established presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Amazon, her brand focuses on engaging content and strategic monetization. As the business continues to scale, she is transitioning into a true CEO role, focusing her energy on high-level strategy, brand growth, and content creation. About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly communicative Video Editor & Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our YouTube channel content and short-form video presence (Instagram Reels). Clear, fluid communication is the backbone of our workflow. You will be responsible for end-to-end video editing, eye-catching thumbnail creation, and seamlessly handling video uploads across platforms. If you have exceptional English skills, a knack for engaging visual typography, and a strong understanding of social media growth, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Video Editing: Edit long-form YouTube videos and re-purpose content into engaging Instagram Reels. On-Screen Text & Motion Graphics: Add heavy, accurate, and visually polished English text/captions to videos to enhance viewer engagement. Thumbnail Design: Design high-click-through-rate (CTR) YouTube thumbnails that align with brand aesthetics. Platform Management: Upload, schedule, and optimize videos directly on YouTube and Instagram (including metadata, titles, descriptions, and tags). Communication: Maintain proactive, direct, and clear daily communication during working hours. Qualifications & Skills Flawless English Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English fluency is mandatory (a heavy emphasis is placed on text overlays, grammar, and seamless verbal communication). Proven Editing Experience: Proficiency in major editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). Graphic Design Skills: Demonstrated experience creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails (Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Social Media Savvy: Strong familiarity with YouTube Studio, Instagram Creator tools, and platform best practices. Technical Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet connection is strictly required with ability to load big files with speed.
