Video Editörü

We run a YouTube channel and are looking for an editor to work with us regularly.

What the work involves

• Editing 20-30 minute videos from scratch, from the shot footage
• Building the structure and pacing of the video, not just assembling clips
• Motion graphics and lower thirds
• Creating scenes with AI video tools where the script calls for them
• Sound design and mix

What matters most

• Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects. Not basic familiarity, we need someone who works fast and confidently in both.
• Real experience with AI video tools. This is a core part of our workflow, not an occasional extra. We use Seedance, Kling, ChatGPT and Nano Banana, and we provide the accounts.
• Care about sound design. Sync, levels and effects get reviewed as closely as the picture.
• A sense of rhythm. A 25-minute video has to hold attention, and that comes from the editing decisions.
• Comfortable with timecoded revision notes on Frame.io.

How we work

Remote, per project, with a rate agreed per video. The work is ongoing rather than one-off.
