About the role
Manages, shoots and edits video projects for internal and external clients from concept through completion. Produces wide range of content from long form horizontal productions to short form vertical reels. Handles multiple projects at a time while adhering to strict deadlines. Works on solo projects while also contributing on larger team productions.How does this role make an impact?
- Conceptualizes, writes, produces, directs, shoots and edits modern and dynamic videos for internal and external clients. Develops and manages project schedules and budgets.
- Creates graphics and animations to enhance video production value.
- Operates modern video recording and editing equipment.
- Provides consultation and operates video and audio technologies to support offsite meetings, conferences and livestreaming of events for the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB) and the Family of Companies.
- Assists with video production and meeting staging needs for IFB annual meeting, as assigned. Collaborates with Member Services and Public Relations (MSPR) division, meeting venue staff and other outside vendors.
- Collaborates with internal contacts and coordinates with external vendors to ensure video and audio technology needs are anticipated and met.
Do you have what we're looking for?
Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
- Normal office environment.
- Regularly uses computer and mouse.
- Regularly lifts/carries 10-20 pounds of equipment. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly sits, stands, bends, and stoops in a studio or field environment.
- May be exposed to seasonal weather on occasion for outdoor video shoots.
- Regular travel throughout Illinois required, including occasional overnight trips. Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to attend relevant meetings and fulfill job responsibilities throughout Illinois.
- Work occasionally extends beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate, including some evening and weekend hours.
Base Pay Range:
$62,000-$85,250The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
