AUDIO NETWORK IS A GLOBAL MUSIC COMPANY PROVIDING WORLD-CLASS MUSIC AND SIMPLE LICENSING SOLUTIONS FOR BROADCASTERS, BRANDS, FILMMAKERS AND CONTENT CREATORS WORLDWIDE. WE COLLABORATE WITH EXCEPTIONAL COMPOSERS, ARTISTS AND PRODUCERS TO CREATE OUTSTANDING MUSIC THAT HELPS TELL POWERFUL STORIES. OUR CULTURE IS BUILT ON CREATIVITY, COLLABORATION, QUALITY, INNOVATION AND A COMMITMENT TO DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS. THE OPPORTUNITY: As Video Producer, you will play a central role in shaping how Audio Network brings its music, artists and brand to life through film and motion content. You'll create compelling visual stories seen by broadcasters, brands, filmmakers and content creators around the world, helping to inspire audiences and support commercial growth. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys making as much as thinking. You’ll be equally comfortable developing an idea, directing a shoot, operating a camera and crafting the final edit. Working alongside our Head of Creative and the wider marketing team, you’ll create films, social content, brand campaigns and motion assets that celebrate our artists and composers, showcase our music and help tell the Audio Network story around the world. You’ll be expected to take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, balancing creativity with craftsmanship and a strong eye for detail. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Produce high-quality video content from concept through to final delivery. Film interviews, performances, events and brand content in the UK and internationally. Edit long and short-form films for brand, social, sales and owned channels. Create motion graphics, titles and simple animation to enhance storytelling. Work with the Head of Creative to develop visual concepts and campaign ideas. Help define and evolve Audio Network’s visual language across moving image. Capture behind-the-scenes content, social-first assets and reactive opportunities. Direct contributors and talent confidently on location and in studio. Manage equipment, production planning, compliance, freelancers and post-production workflows where required. Ensure all content meets brand, technical and accessibility standards. Champion new creative approaches, emerging video formats and storytelling techniques that help Audio Network stand out in a competitive marketplace WHAT YOU’LL BRING: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional filming, editing and visual storytelling. Advanced experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects. Confidence operating professional camera, lighting and audio equipment. Experience producing content from brief through to final delivery. A strong eye for composition, pacing, grading and motion. Experience creating content across social, digital and campaign formats. The ability to balance creativity, quality and pace in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence directing artists, composers, contributors and senior stakeholders. A genuine passion for music, culture and visual storytelling. Photography, colour grading or 3D/motion design experience would be an advantage. WHY JOIN AUDIO NETWORK? Work with world-class artists, composers and musicians. Tell stories at the intersection of music, creativity and technology. Join a globally recognised music company with an international audience. Create content seen by leading broadcasters, brands and content creators worldwide. Have genuine ownership over creative output from concept through delivery. COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Competitive salary Discretionary bonus Hybrid working pattern – 3 days in the office: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Holiday 25 days per annum plus 8 public holidays Summer hours on Fridays (June to early Sept) – non contractual Pension Life insurance Private Health & Dental Plan EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) Volunteering opportunities Season Ticket Loan Cycle to work scheme BE YOUR ORIGINAL SELF I OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION At Audio Network, we celebrate originality – it’s a key part of our business. We truly believe that to create the highest quality experience, for everyone, we need diverse teams, telling diverse stories. We’re committed to building these teams and always striving to ensure everyone is empowered to bring their whole, unique selves to work each day.
