Main responsibilities: Shape and continuously enhance the LTG Group's Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices Establish and develop a robust Internal Controls Management function across the organization Act as a trusted partner to the business by providing centralized risk management expertise, guidance, and oversight Monitor, analyze, and report on key risks, trends, and emerging threats across the Group Evaluate significant business and external risks, providing insightful assessments and recommendations to senior stakeholders Collaborate with business leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, supporting the development of effective risk management plans Foster a strong risk-aware culture by delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and expert consultations across the organization Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices, helping the organization make informed and confident business decisions What do we expect?
