Main responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of construction projects throughout all project phases Organize the work of project participants and ensure effective collaboration to achieve project objectives Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements Collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, technical supervision specialists, and other stakeholders Analyze project challenges, assess risks, and implement solutions to support smooth project execution Prepare project reports, monitor key project performance indicators, and provide updates to stakeholders Coordinate contract execution and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices What do we expect? The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
