Main responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of construction projects throughout all project phases Organize the work of project participants and ensure effective collaboration to achieve project objectives Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements Collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, technical supervision specialists, and other stakeholders Analyze project challenges, assess risks, and implement solutions to support smooth project execution Prepare project reports, monitor key project performance indicators, and provide updates to stakeholders Coordinate contract execution and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices What do we expect? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or another relevant engineering field Experience managing construction, infrastructure, or other engineering projects Strong understanding of construction processes, ability to read technical documentation, and knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards Experience managing contractors, project budgets, schedules, and risks Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with MS Project or other project management software would be an advantage Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, analytical thinking, and results orientation Ability to collaborate effectively and perform in a dynamic project environment Benefits for employees: We open the doors to contribute to the activities of a strategically important company for Lithuania We offer a flexible work schedule and the possibility to work in a hybrid mode You can enjoy free train travel Opportunities for internal career development and professional growth await We provide additional health insurance We ensure accident insurance coverage We encourage taking advantage of additional paid leave days We promote saving together with partner discounts in the MELP app We cultivate a strong culture based on trust, collaboration, and meaningful values Monthly salary: €3 090,00 - €4 640,00 (before taxes). "LTG Kompetencijų centras" is a part of the LTG Group and provides the shared services within the organization. It brings together activities, functions, and resources that help support and streamline business operations, ensuring efficiency and synergy across different levels of the company. The center brings together experts with advanced skills in areas like procurement, IT, HR, accounting, security, law, and asset management. Over 500 professionals work at the center.
