We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. What you will do: Communicate with VIP clients across messengers, live chats, email, and phone calls Analyze client accounts and create an individual activation plan for each client Monitor client activity daily and work on reactivation Handle significant wins and losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients Resolve issues with failed deposits and withdrawals Analyze client complaints and suggestions, and look for ways to improve customer experience Collaborate closely with the team: escalate product issues via tickets and follow up on their progress What we expect: Languages: Ukrainian + Portuguese , both languages at a fluent level, with confident communication both verbally and in writing Hands-on iGaming experience in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management will be a plus Strong problem-solving skills: conflicts, significant losses, demanding clients Excellent written and verbal communication Typing speed of 200+ characters per minute, comfortable handling 5-10 chats simultaneously Additional Information Our Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies: Children Allowance Mental Health Support Sport Activities Language Courses Automotive Services Veterinary Services Home Office Setup Assistance Dental Services Books and Stationery Training Compensation And yes, even Massage!
