What you will do

  • Manage relationships with existing partners: contract negotiations, fee reviews, KYB renewals and partnership expansions
  • Define geographic coverage, risk appetite and commercial terms to support high-risk and digital merchants
  • Drive re-onboarding of providers under new licenses and expansion into new regulated jurisdictions
  • Work with Compliance, Risk and Legal on smooth KYB/AML onboarding on both sides
  • Align payment solutions and APIs with Product and Engineering, based on business and partner needs
  • Share market insights, competitor trends and regulatory updates with senior management

What we expect

  • 5+ years in FinTech Business Development, Banking Partnerships or Merchant Acquiring (EMIs, PSPs, neobanks or payment orchestration platforms)
  • Strong track record of building relationships with banks, acquirers and PSPs
  • Deep knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, IBAN solutions and Alternative Payment Methods (APMs)
  • Solid understanding of financial regulation, risk frameworks and compliance: KYC, KYB, CDD/EDD, AML
  • Exceptional negotiation, commercial contract drafting and relationship-building skills
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to align multiple departments
  • Advanced English
  • Native-level Russian
  • Native-level Ukrainian

Conditions

  • Compensation: up to $3,500 per month
  • Annual Learning & Development budget
  • Regular KPI-based performance reviews
  • Transparent career path: Lead within 1 year, Head within 2 years, C-level within 4 years based on performance
  • Extra bonuses for ideas through the internal Ideas Hub
