Responsibilities Developing and Implementing the VIP CRM Strategy at the brand level. Building and Executing a VIP Communications Coverage Plan across key segments and customer scenarios. Overseeing and Developing CRM Journeys across all regions. Regular Tracking of CRM Communication Effectiveness and customer scenario performance. Analyzing Key Metrics together with analysts and aligning results across regions. Identifying Underperforming Journeys and initiating changes to improve their effectiveness. Ensuring a Unified Approach to VIP CRM processes and standards across regions. Sharing Successful Cases and Best Practices between regional teams. Sourcing, Analyzing, and Implementing best market solutions and practices in VIP CRM. Testing and Scaling Effective CRM Mechanics across regions. Coordinating with VIP Operations, Analytics, Product, and Other Teams to deliver CRM initiatives.
