If you get genuine satisfaction from watching a client's skin and confidence change over time If you know how to hold someone accountable without making them feel managed If you can handle a high volume of relationships without ever making someone feel like a number Then APPLY NOW !!! ================= Results Maintain 90%+ month-over-month client retention across your portfolio Increase Customer Onboarding Show Rate to over 95% Achieve a 95% Onboarding CSAT Score Increase Show Rate for CheckIn Calls to over 95% ================= Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of up to 200 VIP membership clients Conduct weekly check-in calls and SMS touchpoints, proactive not reactive Create personalized skincare plans based on each client's purchases and skin goals Drive product adoption and hold clients accountable to their routines Introduce relevant products or program upgrades consultatively where appropriate Coordinate with sales and ops on client intake, handoffs, and communication standards Attend a daily check-in with management to stay aligned and continuously improve Surface client feedback on sentiment, product barriers, and program opportunities ================= Requirements Esthetician training or license, required with no exceptions Minimum 1 year of sales experience (phone, SMS, or consultative preferred) Exceptional organizational skills; 200 clients means nothing can slip * Strong communicator across SMS, voice, and written channels 6 days per week / 10 hours per day Read 2 books ================= Compensation $72K+ base salary 10% commission on product sales Commission on membership renewals OTE: $100K–$150K+ If you want the ride of a lifetime then APPLY NOW!
