VIP Flight Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced VIP Flight Specialist to join a growing international air travel team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong GDS and airline ticketing experience who can independently manage complex, fast-moving travel arrangements for corporate, entertainment, production, and VIP clients.

You’ll be responsible for reservations from initial request through completion, including ticketing, exchanges, reissues, refunds, schedule changes, and last-minute traveler needs.

This is a high-touch environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to anticipate and resolve problems are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Book, ticket, exchange, reissue, and refund domestic and international air reservations.
• Manage complex itineraries, including multi-city and international travel.
• Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and last-minute traveler requests.
• Research and recommend optimal routing, fares, and ticketing options.
• Manage seat assignments and other flight-related traveler requirements.
• Monitor active bookings and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with travelers and the broader travel team.
• Provide fast, accurate, and highly responsive service in a high-touch travel environment.
• Collaborate with team members across Serbia and the United States.

Requirements

• Strong GDS experience is required.
• Sabre experience is strongly preferred.
• Amadeus experience will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, fares, exchanges, refunds, and reissues.
• Experience booking international and complex itineraries.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Reliable, responsive, and highly service-oriented.
• Reliable internet connection suitable for full-time remote work.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is more than an order taker.

You should be able to independently evaluate flight options, identify potential issues, communicate recommendations clearly, and take ownership of a reservation from the initial request through completion.

Working Arrangement

• Fully remote from Serbia.
• Full-time position.
• Initially, the role is expected to cover later/off-hours aligned with US operations.
• Over time, working hours may shift toward a schedule more aligned with Serbia/European hours.
• Reliable internet and the ability to remain responsive during scheduled working hours are required.

Compensation & Growth

• $1,300–$1,700/month.
• The compensation is positioned above the local market for relevant experience.
• Exceptional candidates with particularly strong experience may be considered at a higher level within the available budget.
