Are you an organized, proactive Virtual Assistant with a background in admin, executive support, or project management? We're hiring multiple VAs to support growing service-based businesses — and you might be the perfect fit.
We’re looking for detail-oriented assistants with 2+ years of experience who are confident communicators, comfortable with tech, and able to handle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Your Core Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
Respond to emails, follow up with leads, manage calls, and build strong client relationships.CRM Management
Use tools like HubSpot, Jobber, Salesforce, or similar to track interactions, update records, and manage client pipelines.Project & Schedule Coordination
Book appointments, coordinate painting/construction projects, and optimize schedules for field teams and crews.Marketing Assistance
Help with content creation for emails and social media. Use Canva or Adobe Express to design simple graphics and visual assets.Digital Resourcefulness
Research tools, platforms, and best practices to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have Experience In...
The painting, construction, or contracting industries
Real estate support or property management (especially if renovation-related)
Service businesses like landscaping, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
Industry familiarity is a major plus, but not required.
Must-Have Skills & Qualities
Excellent English — both written and verbal; professional phone presence is a must
Strong Communication — confident with emails, scripts, client updates, and documentation
Project Literacy — able to read job scopes, contracts, and client requests with accuracy
Organizational Strength — juggle tasks, follow up consistently, and ensure no detail is missed
Tech-Savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, CRMs, and open to learning new systems
Client-Focused — personable, friendly, and able to build trust with customers and internal teams
Proactive Problem-Solver — you anticipate challenges and take initiative without being told
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Great to Have)
Canva/Adobe design experience
