We’re growing and hiring several Virtual Admissions Coordinators to support either of our two sister programs:

• Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA): PHP and IOP mental health care for teens ages 13 to 17 and their families
• Principles Recovery Center (PRC): PHP and IOP treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions

Many callers reach out on one of the hardest days of their lives. You’ll meet them with compassion and guide them from that first call to a clear next step.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls, inquiries, and referrals from clients, families, and providers
• Screen for fit and explain PHP and IOP in plain, caring language
• Verify insurance and coordinate assessments, intake dates, and paperwork
• Follow up consistently until every caller is scheduled or referred elsewhere
• Track every lead in our CRM and EMR, accurately and HIPAA-compliant

What You Bring

• Admissions or intake experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment (required)
• Remote work experience (required): you manage your own pipeline without daily direction
• Warm, confident phone presence and strong follow-through
• Comfort with CRM and EMR systems

Strongly Preferred

• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Kipu experience
• Insurance verification experience
