About the role
We are looking for a
Virtual Recruiting Assistant
to support our team of Executive Search Consultants. This is an opportunity to work remotely and assist in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Whether you have prior experience in recruitment or are new to the industry, we provide training and support to help you succeed.
What you'll do
Assist Executive Search Consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
Communicate with candidates and clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and compile detailed candidate profiles.
Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including document management and reporting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
