WE’RE HIRING: General Virtual Assistant & Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for someone to help us manage and nurture our leads and contacts, with a focus on follow-up, outreach, and CRM management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage email drip campaigns and text/SMS campaigns
• Write and send newsletters to our contacts
• Follow up with people who booked calls but did not answer, OR received Questionaires but did not show up or fell out of the process
• Create additional LinkedIn posts
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach.
• Call old leads and conduct outreach using lists we acquire
• Customize and manage drips in ClientTether CRM

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong in written and spoken English
• Comfortable with outreach and follow-up
• Experienced with CRM systems and lead nurturing
• Proactive and able to work independently
