About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help with day-to-day operational tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while following clear instructions and established processes.

What you’ll do

• Handle routine administrative and operational tasks
• Update and maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
• Coordinate schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Communicate updates and follow up with external partners when needed
• Track progress, meet assigned targets, and maintain weekly reports
• Assist with research and other tasks that help keep daily operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• C1-level English or higher, with strong written communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable following instructions, managing repetitive tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Experience in the creator economy or a similar industry is a plus, but not required

What We Offer

• Fully remote work
• Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM EST Mon-Fri
• Monthly salary: $500–$700 (fixed, depending on experience)
