Virtual Assistant for various tasks

Smartland (Real Estate) is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant who thrives on productivity and excels at managing multiple tasks with discipline and innovation. If you love checklists, calendars, and ensuring tasks are completed promptly, you'll fit perfectly into our dynamic team. Responsibilities Handle HubSpot chat inquiries and engage with potential leads. Manage property listings across various platforms. Create and manage Facebook advertisements to generate leads. Post property listings on Craigslist, Apartments.com, Google, etc Share and promote posts using relevant hashtags to increase visibility. Maintain clear and effective communication, preferably with an American accent for client interactions. Handle queries from prospects promptly and professionally. Possess knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency in daily tasks. Submit daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel. (AppFolio experience is a plus). Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Trello; familiarity with AppFolio is advantageous.
