Virtual Assistant (Generalist / Executive Support)

About the Role Our client is a growing, independent audio production company seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is comfortable switching between tasks. You’ll work directly with the founder to streamline workflows, manage data, and support research efforts, freeing up time for higher-level creative and business development work. Key Responsibilities ● Research companies, industries, and key decision-makers (e.g. production companies, agencies) ● Identify and compile contact lists (LinkedIn, company sites, etc.) ● Maintain and organize CRM (Folk) data, including: ○ Updating records ○ Cleaning and structuring data ○ Tracking relationships and outreach opportunities ● Assist with outreach preparation (e.g. guest lists for events, networking targets) ● Conduct general research tasks (business, creative, and occasional personal projects such as real estate research) ● Help improve organization and workflow systems ● Remotely operating a computer via MacOS.
