Virtual Chiropractic Assistant (Remote)
About the Role
The Virtual Chiropractic Assistant (VCA) supports U.S.-based chiropractic practices by delivering exceptional patient coordination, virtual front desk support, scheduling, and administrative operations in a fully remote environment.
This role combines patient scheduling, appointment coordination, documentation management, insurance assistance, and patient communication to help chiropractors deliver efficient, organised, and patient - centered care.
As a Virtual Chiropractic Assistant, you will work closely with providers and clinic teams to ensure patients receive exceptional service while maintaining accurate records, organised schedules, and smooth day-to-day practice operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Patient Scheduling C Front Desk Operations
- Schedule new patient consultations, chiropractic adjustments, therapy sessions, re-examinations, and follow-up appointments.
- Manage appointment confirmations, cancellations, reschedules, and provider availability.
- Coordinate recurring appointments for patients following active chiropractic care plans.
- Send appointment reminders and support patient attendance through timely follow-up communication.
- Maintain organised provider schedules to ensure efficient daily clinic operations.
Patient Communication C Care Coordination
- Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for patients throughout their care journey.
- Assist patients with appointment-related inquiries, clinic policies, and general administrative questions.
- Collect, update, and maintain accurate patient demographic and registration information.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments based on provider-recommended treatment plans and ongoing care.
- Escalate patient concerns, scheduling conflicts, or urgent requests to the appropriate provider or clinical team.
Documentation C Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate chiropractic patient records and administrative documentation.
- Upload and organize patient intake forms, referrals, imaging reports, and supporting documentation.
- Record patient communications and appointment updates within digital healthcare systems.
- Prepare documentation required for consultations, re-examinations, and ongoing patient visits.
- Ensure all records remain accurate, organized, and compliant with healthcare privacy standards.
Insurance C Workflow Coordination
- Verify patient demographic and insurance information before scheduled appointments.
- Support documentation required for insurance verification and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams to ensure patient records are complete prior to appointments.
- Track pending follow-ups, referrals, and administrative tasks to support continuity of care.
- Help maintain efficient patient flow and daily operational workflows across the practice.

- Familiarity with outpatient, rehabilitation, orthopedic, or musculoskeletal healthcare settingsis an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)
