Virtual Dog Trainer

🐾 Virtual Dog Trainers Needed 🐾 Train Dogs. Support People. Work from Home. This is a virtual training position focused on live coaching and instruction. Trainers are expected to actively guide clients during sessions, not just lecture or observe. Clients should be practicing with their dog during the call while the trainer coaches in real time. The role includes: • Standard virtual obedience sessions • Specialty behavior sessions (for qualified trainers) • A mix of client education, coaching, troubleshooting, and behavior support • Recurring committed availability blocks rather than flexible “book whenever” scheduling Scheduling Expectations: • Trainers provide recurring weekly availability • Consistency matters because clients are booked based on your committed schedule • Hybrid trainers are expected to carefully manage their calendars to avoid overlap between virtual and in-person appointments We would also like to highlight that pay for our virtual sessions is a little different than the in person role. While we still cannot guarantee any number of clients, our virtual trainers regularly see clients and often make more than our in person trainers despite having a lower base rate. Pay for the different roles are as follows In Person Training - $70/1hr session Virtual Training - $12.50/30 minute session Behavioral Training - $30/1hr session Live Virtual Interview Guidelines Communication: Speak to us during the session as you would speak directly to a student, allowing us to assess your coaching style and client fit. Workspace: Ensure the location is your distraction-free work place with a clear, professional background that represents a high-quality training service. The background must be free of clutter and visible household distractions. A neutral, tidy space with a plain wall or framed certifications is required. Setup: Connect to the interview using the computer you will use for sessions, ensuring a high-speed connection and clear video/mic (good camera, lighting, and audio quality). During the call, we will also cover: A brief introduction about yourself and your experience. A look at your training setup (the camera view of your workspace).
