Job Description Seeking a compassionate, tech savvy, and detail oriented Virtual Nurse to provide care for patients in a remote setting via two-way audio/video. The virtual nurse will help all eviate the administrative burden for the bedside care team to allow them to focus on direct patient care. Primary Responsibilities Admission documentation Care Plan initiation and progress Discharge planning and documentation, medication reconciliation Patient and family education Review EMR for comprehensive clinical documentation and adherence to quality measures Align core values which include be authentic, be compassionate, celebrate and aspire.
