Position Summary As our Virtual Reality Construction Manager, you'll play a key role in advancing the use of VR technology to make our construction processes seamless, safe, and cost-effective. This position is crucial to helping our team make data-driven decisions, visualize projects down to the finest detail, and maintain a proactive approach to on-site safety. Key Responsibilities VR Construction Environments: Develop detailed VR construction simulations that bring our project designs to life, providing immersive experiences that enhance stakeholder understanding and ensure flawless project execution. Collaborative Presentations: Coordinate with our engineering, architectural, and client teams to conduct VR-based project walkthroughs, gathering real-time feedback and making necessary adjustments to align with our clients' needs. Proactive Safety Measures: Conduct thorough VR safety assessments to identify and address potential hazards before construction begins, ensuring that our sites meet the highest safety standards. Efficiency Optimization: Utilize VR modeling to anticipate and mitigate delays, improve logistics, and optimize resource allocation, contributing to the timely, cost-effective completion of each project. Comprehensive Documentation: Record detailed notes from VR sessions, track adjustments, and generate insightful reports that inform and streamline our future projects. Continuous VR Advancement: Stay updated on VR trends and advancements, continually refining our VR strategy to keep Crystora Dynamics at the forefront of virtual construction management. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (certifications in VR technology are a strong plus). Experience: At least 5 years in construction management, with a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in VR applications within the construction or engineering sector. Technical Skills: Expertise in VR software (Unity, Unreal Engine, Autodesk, BIM 360), proficiency in construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam), and experience in 3D modeling. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities to enhance VR-driven construction management processes. Working Conditions Remote Environment: Work from a high-performance remote setup, complete with VR-compatible equipment, to seamlessly manage virtual environments and coordinate with our remote teams. Flexible Hours: We offer flexibility in your work schedule, adapting core hours as needed for project demands and time zone coordination. VR Collaboration: Engage in virtual meetings and VR-based sessions, requiring you to wear VR equipment periodically for immersive project reviews. Safety Integration: Adhere to and implement VR-based safety protocols, working closely with our Safety and Compliance team to ensure every VR simulation meets the latest industry standards.
