In this role, you will help travelers explore options, understand requirements, and navigate every step of the booking process. You’ll ensure a smooth, enjoyable planning experience by providing timely support, accurate information, and attentive customer care. Key Responsibilities  Assist clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms with questions about destinations, pricing, and travel options. Coordinate travel components such as flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and transportation. Provide up-to-date information on travel requirements, documentation, and agency procedures. Manage booking updates, special requests, and cancellations as needed. Maintain accurate client information and follow up before and after travel for confirmation and feedback. Customer service experience; background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
