Your role in this mission: We are seeking an experienced Visa Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and scalable visa operations for our global clients, helping organizations move talent across borders effortlessly. This is a full-time position starting with an initial 6-month contract , with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. 🎯 What you will do: Ensure accurate and timely visa delivery, free of errors or typos. Research and monitor changes in global visa regulations, keeping processes up to date. Support growing visa volumes driven by new partnerships and enterprise client launches. Help design and implement scalable visa processes to support WorkFlex’s growth. ⭐ What you need to succeed Proficiency in English (German is a plus) 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: business travel visas, immigration law, consular or visa service center work (e.g. VFS, TLS, BLS), or a legal/visa-related role. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — for client-facing emails and occasional phone interactions. High attention to detail and strong time-management skills to ensure efficient visa processing.
