What is the purpose of this role?
We're looking for a Visual Designer to bring DOOR's brand to life across marketing, sales, and product touch points. You'll own a wide range of creative projects, from marketing campaigns and trade show materials to product packaging and our website, while building tools and templates that empower teams across the company to create consistent, on-brand materials.
What is the role?
The Visual Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining engaging, on-brand visual content across digital, print, and physical channels. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop creative assets, support company initiatives, and ensure brand consistency. The position also focuses on improving design efficiency through scalable templates, self-service tools, and creative solutions.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Product Design

- Design, build, and maintain the corporate site and landing pages in Webflow
- Build and maintain self-service creative tools (deck builders, social asset generators, templates) so teams can create on-brand assets on their own
- Help evolve and enforce brand guidelines across all output
What do you bring to DOOR?
- 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design (in-house or agency)
- A portfolio showing range across digital, print, and physical
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Creativity and fluency in building with AI
- Motion design skills, ideally After Effects to Lottie
- Experience designing print production files (packaging, large format)
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Systems thinking: you build templates and tools, not just one-off assets
