As part of our Staff Augmentation practice, we partner with major Australian organisations to provide highly skilled technology specialists for complex projects and transformation programs.

We are seeking an experienced VMware Cloud Foundation Administrator for an initial 6-month contract supporting a leading Australian telecommunications organisation's large-scale cloud and data centre transformation initiative in Sydney.

The requirement is focused on VMware Cloud Foundation migration, VCF administration, ESXi migrations, lifecycle management, platform operations and enterprise virtualisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
• Support ESXi migration activities.
• Perform VCF lifecycle management activities.
• Support day-to-day platform operations.
• Support enterprise virtualisation environments.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and contribute to performance optimisation.
• Support VMware infrastructure as part of a broader cloud and data centre transformation program.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on VMware Cloud Foundation administration experience.
• Solid VMware infrastructure and enterprise virtualisation expertise.
• Experience with ESXi migrations.
• Experience with VCF lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting data centre and cloud platform operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation capability.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments and technology transformation programs.
• Ability to work in Sydney.

Desirable

• Previous experience supporting a large-scale VMware Cloud Foundation migration or data centre transformation program.
• Experience working within complex enterprise infrastructure environments.
