We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

- You'll gather, organise and maintain SOX compliance evidence, helping ensure controls are effectively documented and audit-ready.
- You'll work closely with your manager and wider finance colleagues to support month-end reporting activities and ad hoc revenue and margin analysis.
- You'll build strong partnerships with colleagues across the business, including counterparts in the Vodafone UK finance team, to compare processes, share knowledge, and identify best practices.
- You'll contribute ideas that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and simplify ways of working across the revenue accounting landscape.
- You'll help drive consistency, accuracy and compliance while supporting the successful integration of finance processes within a transforming organisation.
Who you are
- You're a part-qualified accountant or qualified by experience, with a strong foundation in financial accounting principles.
- You bring solid experience across core accounting activities, including accruals, prepayments, month-end close, forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- You're highly organised and able to balance multiple priorities while delivering accurate work to tight deadlines.
- You're comfortable working with detailed financial information and have a strong focus on quality, controls, and continuous improvement.
- You're an effective collaborator who values building positive relationships and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- You're proactive, curious and motivated to find smarter ways of working that enhance efficiency and strengthen outcomes.
- You're confident using Excel and Oracle to manage, analyse and report financial information.
- You're able to communicate clearly and work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- You're adaptable and excited by the opportunity to contribute within a fast-moving, transformational environment.
- Experience within the telecommunications industry would be advantageous.
