Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. What you’ll do The Knowledge Management Advisor is responsible for ensuring that organisational knowledge is effectively captured, structured, maintained and shared across the business. The role supports the development of a knowledge-driven culture by improving access to information, enhancing collaboration, and enabling colleagues to find and utilise the knowledge they need to perform effectively. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, the Knowledge Management Advisor will oversee knowledge repositories, support SharePoint and collaboration platforms, drive governance standards, and identify opportunities to improve knowledge sharing, retention and reuse. Who you are Experience in Knowledge Management, Information Management, Content Management or a related discipline. Strong understanding of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and document management principles. Knowledge of information governance, document control and records management practices. Experience developing and maintaining structured knowledge repositories and taxonomies. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience designing and delivering user training, communications and adoption activities.
