About the Role: FLCD partners with leading companies to improve AI through human feedback. Help advance voice machine learning models to better understand speech and respond with greater empathy. Responsibilities: Record short conversations expressing various emotions, accents, and voice modulations Review and give feedback on peer recordings Edit and refine scripts as needed Maintain clear, high-quality audio recordings Use Audacity to save files and keep organized file management Preferred Qualifications: Strong vocal expression across a range of emotions Ability to record in a quiet, noise-free environment Access to a home recording studio Experience in voice-related work (e.g., voiceover, podcasting, narration) Access to a high-quality microphone Why Join?
