The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic business development lead with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

● Meet regularly with team members.
● Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.

Key responsibilities:
● Developing growth strategies and plans
● Developing and retaining relationships with existing partners
● Increasing following and store sales
● Writing funding and sponsorship proposals
● Negotiating with partners and sponsors
● Identifying and mapping organisational strengths and consumer needs
● Researching opportunities and viable income streams
● Following industry trends locally and internationally
● Drafting and reviewing agreements
● Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
● Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
Minimum Requirements
● Bachelor Degree in business or management, or other relevant field.
● At least 1 year(s) of working experience in project management, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Requirements
● Fluent in English (preferred)
● Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
● Experience working in a fast-paced environment
● Proven ability to plan and manage resources
● Ability to deliver presentations
● Willingness to learn new skills
● The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
● The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
● A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
● Excellent communication and organisation skills.
● Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
