Volunteer Operations Assistant — University Student

Why Games is looking for a motivated university student to join our team as a Volunteer Operations Assistant.

In this role, you will support day-to-day operations, help the team stay organized, and gain hands-on experience within an independent game studio.

Responsibilities

• Support project and task tracking
• Organize meeting notes and action items
• Maintain operational documents and files
• Conduct short research tasks when needed
• Assist with internal communication and coordination
• Help improve everyday workflows
• Gain exposure to game development and publishing processes

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a university student
• Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or Trello
• Interested in the gaming industry and startup environments
• Able to commit a consistent number of hours each week

English proficiency and previous involvement in student organizations are considered a plus but are not required.
