What We Need
Mayaa is a volunteer-led charity supporting underprivileged children through education, health and social support in Hong Kong and Nepal.In 2027, Mayaa plans to organise a new edition of Cabaret by Mayaa, a fundraising dinner and show in Hong Kong combining live performances, auctions and corporate sponsorships. A previous edition of the event was supported by an existing partnership presentation used to introduce the Cabaret, explain Mayaa’s impact and present sponsorship opportunities to companies and donors.For the 2027 edition, we would like to refresh this existing presentation rather than create a new one from scratch. The objective is to make it more modern, visually engaging and persuasive for prospective sponsors and partners, while keeping Mayaa’s identity and mission at the heart of the deck.

Why this is important
A stronger, more professional Cabaret presentation will help Mayaa HK approach potential sponsors and partners more effectively, clearly communicate the impact of its work, and make the sponsorship opportunities easier to understand and more compelling.By improving the quality of the fundraising deck, this project can directly support Mayaa HK’s ability to secure sponsorships, auction contributions and corporate partnerships for Cabaret 2027. The funds raised through the event will support Mayaa’s education, health and social initiatives for disadvantaged children and families in Hong Kong and Nepal.

Mayaa is a Hong Kong-based volunteer-run organization supporting over 500 underprivileged children in Hong Kong and 300 in Nepal through access to education, health, and daily care. We believe that every child deserves a fair start in life, and we work closely with families, schools, and communities to ensure long-term impact. All our operations are powered by volunteers, which means every dollar raised directly benefits the children we support.
What We Need
- Review the existing Cabaret by Mayaa presentation and identify opportunities to improve its visual impact, clarity and flow
- Improve slide layouts, typography, visual hierarchy and consistency across the presentation
- Redesign the deck with a more modern, elegant and engaging look suitable for corporate sponsors and partners for our 2027 fundraising event
- Strengthen the storytelling so the presentation clearly explains the event, Mayaa’s mission, impact and sponsorship opportunities
