What We Need

  • Diagnose technical issues: Identify bugs, broken user flows, slow-loading pages, and navigation bottlenecks
  • Provide strategic recommendations: Advise our team on actionable fixes to improve site architecture, streamline the user journey, and optimize overall performance

Background

As KELY Support Group celebrates our 35th Anniversary, we are taking steps to expand our digital ecosystem. We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to give our current website a fresh, objective set of eyes. If you have a knack for user experience, clean site architecture, and performance optimisation, we would love to collaborate with you!

KELY Support Group (KELY) is a Hong Kong-based nonprofit organisation whose mission since 1991 is to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to support themselves and each other. We envision a world where young people are empowered to reach their full potential. Our Programmes We collaborate with schools and other partners to offer programmes to Chinese- and English-speaking youth between the ages of 14 and 24 around our three core focus areas: Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Mental Health & Wellbeing, and Positive Youth Development.
